She lifted her soft crania from the sands as he nuzzled her, and watched as he chewed the coconut and swallowed it. She hadn't experienced chewing, so with a quite difficult try, she pried a little of it off, and, attempting to chew it, she swallowed it whole, successfully. She liked the taste, and pulled off some more.
Soon, her gums became sore from having only small, yet growing, milk teeth tear apart a coconut. She shook her nape, small locks of mane only shaking as she did so. She nudged Leviathan, and dropped her crania once more, next to his. She was thankful.

With the suns fading light dispersed across the sky leaving only the gentle colors the fae and foal watched the seen of compassion. Her light grey dapples would have given her away had it not been for the bushs and trees between the pairs. The colt that stood by her side however was more adapt to the night. His darker flea bitten stony grey pelt plended with their surroundings and the ebon hairs that created his nape and tail disappeared. He was young appearing no more than a month old. The Mare however seemed worried and jumpy as she gazed around.
Perhaps here... Perhaps we shall look for protection here...
Thought the mare gently taking only a moment to look from her own son to this stag and the orphaned flicka by his side. But she did not move from their hiding place. Her soft brown orbs locked on them, she tuned out everythign around her. But her son did not allow it. He nudged his momma's shoulder. In fear she jumped away and knocked into a palm tree. Wiht a gasp as pain shot through her and the bushes rumbled she shooed him to hide. Fearful of what might happen and not wanting both of them to be caught. The colt's eyes widend in fear and he fled into the shadows as his mother stood there silently hopeing noone woudl notice the noise...

He raised his cranium slowly, not wanting to startle the exhausted filla. His delicate harks had detected some stirrings in the arboreal recesses of his land. He lowered his nape protectively across the young orphan's frame, but his hazelnut orbs remained vigilant, and his thorns flicked back and forth for any other sign of foreign occupation. He did not rise to check it for himself, for he did not wish to leave the filla's side, especially if a predator resided in the dark.

The hession stood silently in the darkness. Though as it appeared he had not seen her, She let out a breath and eased herself back into a more comfortable position where she could watch them. But where was her son! The young stony colt was nowhere to be found. She glanced frantically around her, looking in all direction, but she could not spot him. Could she risk a short call for him? Or would this brujo who had not yet discovered either of them know the sound and come for her? But she could not lose her son. Not wiht Nightmare on the loose. Without another thoguht she sent a short low enviting call out hoping he would hear it...

Plymouth lay there, her tiny crania lifting. What was that? She saw the stallions head above her, and, in looking to the forest, she spotted no one. She settled, knowing the stallion would protect her.

His cranium lifted again, the sound unmistakeable. There was another equid upon his coveted plain. He let out a booming call, beckoning the intruder out into the open. Upon spotting the gender of the insurgent would he decide his course of action. Were it a stag he would chase it from his terrain, and be it a faen his judgement would be gentler.

The filla jumped upright at his call, the sound vibrating within her. She pinned her rear against a nearby plam, unable to move. How he had startled her!

He whickered an apology to the filla, the low sound waves reverberating in his chassis. His call had been meant to carry far, but he had neglected to guess its decibel level to those nearby. He stood, casting his regal dished skull about as his harks flicked for a reply.

She calmed, but did not move. As he stood, she hurried to his side, feeling protected.
Ever since Leviathan had helped her, she felt like she was not to leave his side. She seemed to find solvence in him, though she did not fully understand this. She felt almost like he was her mother... Sorry, father.

A grin graced his princely features, warmed by the filla's attachment to him. The young'un was one of the very few who saw his Light side these days. In other domains his Darkness seemed to reign, and a terrible reign it was. He delighted in his accursed nature, but he did not wish to frighten off the frail young creature that now trusted him so much. Trust was rare where he was concerned.

Only young she was, unable to tell good from bad, a lie from the truth. Yet, somehow, she knew Levy was good. She kept her soft orbs to the forest now in front of her, the darkness making it hard to see. It was frightening in there... But, as always said, she was fine, as long as the moble stallion was there.

The fae stood stock still she hadn't wanted to be noticed, but now it seemed inevitable, and she had lost her son... Slowly and terrified she stepped from the bushes, and eased baby step by baby step closer to him. She stopped a few feet away and dropped her head in honor. "m-m'lord..... Please dont harm me... i did not mean ta bother you and your charming youth..." Without noticing it at the word youth a tear slid down her cheek. Would she ever see her own youth again?
But as the pondered thoguht swept through her mind a small russel in the bushes occured, and her came the stony creature barreling out of the bushes terrified. Wihtout realizing it he flew past him mother and ran straight into Levy. He looked up scarred. being only a small youth he had never seen one so large as he!

Feeling disinclined to terrify the wanderers from their wits, he allowed a hearty chuckle to slip through his salt-crusted kissers. His baritone voice was laced with warmth, as he was in a particularly Light mood at the time. To derive clarification from the newcomers, he arranged his bass chords into speech far more elegant than that ever uttered by another equid.
Wearied travellers, fear not my wrath, Misfortune strayed thee from the path. But luck has smiled and led thee here, Care thee to make thy tale more clear?
His interest piqued by the arrival of the faen and her progeny, he still did not neglect to caress the orphan filla close to him, feeling that it would probably be best to adopt the young thing for he could not now imagine parting with her.

The dappled fae was still yet unnerved by this stag she didn't know. Thoguh she had seen and heard him sound in a mellow tone she didn't know if she could quite trust him with their tale, and urgency. For none but her and The 'evil one' knew of the tale that had led her to this stragne land at such an odd hour. But for now she nickered gently to the colt who stood on wobbly young legs and rushed quikly back to his mother. He shook violently from fear and shyness. Who were these people? Why was his mommy so nervous?
After a moment the fae spoke. "I am sorry again sir, We were just passing through.... and i heard you and your youth speaking gently... It intrigued mine and my sons interest and we stopped in the bushes to gaze upon thee in wonderment." She quickly lied hoping he would not be able to tell it was untrue. But another thgouht came to mind now. Woudl it be wise to put such charming creatures at risk? Maybe they should just leave them now, without a name to go by, so that if questioned by the 'evil one' they could claim no knowledge and no harm might fall upon them... But then again they were in desparate need for help, and he was the onyl one who seemed to be cheery enough to offer it...

Plymouth jumped back quickly as the colt plowed into Leviathan close to her. She shot behing the stallion, quite frightened. She couldn't see that great, as the darkness was thick. She could just see the outlines of the other equines which stood there.
