She turned to him suprisingly. She layed her auds back, and shifted her crania.
Why, hello there again. Come to try again?
She smirked, her coy mind striking her voids. She stepped foward, brushing her tali acrossed his facade, before trotting off a bit.

Strides were taken up to draw alongside her, springy pistons launching his daggers high with every step. Skull tucked in such fashion that it caused an exaggerated arch of the boa, he pulled lightly at her tresses, holding onto them as if to discourage her from running off.

She stood fast, halting unexpectadly... She felt as he tore a few strands from her tresses... No pain, of coarse. She nipped his hide, harshly, then took to a swift canter, daggers pounding the ivory granulates as she went on.

Leviathan spat the lifeless strands form his maw, leaping forth into a dynamic treble beat, banner flying out behind. His flints kicked up a fine spray of sand that fell back to the beach like a light rain. He cantered alongside her, shouldering into her to push her slightly off course, smirking maliciously.

She whinnied, pushing back into himmm This caused a lot more damage... or there difference in size was somewhat great. Especially for her Friesian bloodlines.

Even the broader shoulders and deeper chest allotted to him by his stallionship were not enough to withstand the warmblood wench's pressure and he stumbled, righting himself to wheel up beside her once more. He was undeterred, his fine arabian lines hardy despite their svelte slender look.

She smiled, pulling ahead of him, her daggers tearing up the earth as her weight ricocheted off the sandy beach. As we head on, we soon meet solid ground... The beach is getting further away.

Leviathan adjusted stride to accomodate the firmer terrain. The sandy soil soon gave way to sparse wild grasses, then to more lush thick greenery. Despite his being of a desert descent, the proud arab hellion had no difficulty dealing with the changing landscape. There is a slight rocky dropoff along the coast, the land now in a gentle upward slope.

She snorted, spotting an upcoming downed tree... Oi. A tight squeeze... She wasn't too good at jumping, and this was a bit high... Five feet? Yet, the two were too close to stop now. If she tried to stop, she would be injured. So, as she reached the dead palm, she readied herself to jump...

Enthusiasm sparked in his Darquened cerebrum, erasing the flicker of doubt that arose upon spotting the narrowed passage ahead. He had three options: pull ahead and jump before her, jump beside her, or drop back and jump after. His natural competitive drive spurred him forward, pistons pumping with greater force to position himself in the lead.
Hind pillars brought uder him, sinews like tightly wound springs, Leviathan's forepillars left the ground, followed closely by the launch of his hind. Limbs tucked up in aerodynamic fashion, he rounded his lithe form over the obstacle and cleared it, dropping out of sight on the other side.

She had no time to watch him... Forepillars were lifted as her large black mass flew over the palm... And with this, all seemed to be well. She enjoyed the split second in which she took flight, before touching down somewhat akwardly.

Leviathan waited for her to land and took up a dual beat, thoracic cage expanding and contracting at a slower rate now. He did not intend to push her farther than she was willing to go, and the slightest hint of impending exertion on his part indicated that a change of pace was needed.
Since the focus of his thoughts was no longer needed to coordinate his limbs at high speeds, his mind wandered... he thought back to how his life used to be, wandering the world at the mercy of his element. He had been so alone, and did not intend to be so anymore.
(maybe this site needs a line minumum... say, maybe 3-lines? just a thought... it's so much easier to reply when there's more to go from)

With her difficult landing finished, she sped up, yet noticed his change of speed. She snorted, and, as she caught up to him, she nipped his withers. She snorted once more, powering past him. She flew on by, enjoying the wind within her soul. Ah, she was enjoying herself, overjoyed to have someone around. She took to a whole new level, knowing that Leviathan would sail past her soon enough... Unless she got herself going. Yet, she was tiring... But she would keep on at it.

Leviathan watched her obsidian bod sail past, a smile pulling at his labrums. He was in no rush to catch up, in fact, the bigger head start he gave her the greater the challenge would be. He hung back a moment or two longer, then surged forward into a gallop, each beat of his stride coming sooner, quicker than the last. He kept his hazelnut pools trained upon her sleek form ahead, drawing some enjoyment from the observation as he closed the distance between them.
