As blistering sun could be felt blowing down ‘pon the valley, A single frame could be made out in the distance. This figure seemed to be trotting through the extreme heat radiating off the ground. As she neared the valley the vixens pace sped to a gallop. With a flash of Gold and white she flew by the trees in the valley. Slowing only once on the other side. Soft brown orbs flashed with spirit. Yes this mare was a Palomino of sun kissed gold. Fine breeding had created this magnificent mare and it had not been wasted. Her past quite unknown like her breed, but she knew who she was and what she was. What might that be? Sissy. A mare of Fire, Spirit, and Speed. Alwasy searching for that one true love in her life she wandered the lands. Now she called out in sweet harmonic tones that of an angel and waited for a return call.

As the angel's melody traveled across the gleaming dunes, I turned my crania to the song, intently surveying them... Those that called for company. Lonlieness had taken its toll as I have travelled the desert for the longest time. After losing all I loved... And before that, murder... My heart is broken, depression reeking havoc upon my soul. My features are stenched with it, as well. After leaving my long-lost home of the sea, and leaving all those dear to me, I have not glanced upon one other... My love murdered, my friends gone, I have no one to look for... Except maybe this soul. Perhaps she-yes, she, for the tunes are so sweet-has also been clouded by misfortune... Or maybe, not so. Should I go? My obsidian daggers tear the sand as I take to a slow canter, weakness from the lack of water and grasses... I come to a dune, and slide to a halt... I can do this. All strength is given as I scale this grainy mountain, my weakened collumns giving out from benieth me as I go along. Yet, I shall not die without seeing one more soul... No matter what creature it is... Dark, Light, Neutral... It does not matter... Anyone... I part my lambrums, a weakened call given, yet loud enough for this creature to hear. Pain stings the sound, along with the depression that clouds me... I finally reach the top of the dune, and, as I catch a glimpse of the angel, my heart skips a beat. Never did I think that I could see more beauty than Rose... Aye... Rose was more beautiful than anyone, her soul, her heart... I know I have been finely bred, one of the purest andalusian stallions, crashed upon this hell... I fall to the sand, my will stronger than my breaking body. Yet, I pray... I pray not to die...

Golden harks twitched to the gentle dejected retort of the beast 'pon the harems hill. Her breathing quickened slightly at first sight. Was he trust worthy? Uncertainty filled the angels mind and unwillingly her lamps traveled to the massive scar ending just beyond her shoulder. It's origion was masked by the veil of flaxen strands falling delicatly over the crest. Orbs returned to the alabaster brute in time to see his pistons give way. A gasp filled her lungs. Flints danced foreward instantly gliding towards the fallen beast in aid. As she drew near her pace slowed and her eyes glanced over him. He was handsome. A Pure bred of some form, and strong at that. There appeared to be no obveious injuries, so what was hurting him?Sympathy clouded her features and she dropped her crania to his level stil a foot or 2 away. Sir... Do you require help? Her voice caught in her lyranx towards the end of the inquiery. What would he answer? Would he yell at her?Trick her? Use her?Nares flared taking in his scent and with it the salty air of the ocean that hovered around him. His scent was sweet, she had never scented one like it, it was magnificent, possibly even mezmerizing. Her orbs focused in on him and she backed a step to clear her mind. Shock passed her faceade as she looked him over. He seemed slightly framiliar, but she was positive she had never met him before. He looked very much like Pharoh. A shuttered passed over her bodice and she backed several more steps. How she despised Pharoh... But she could not think about that now. She was a new mare. She wouldn't let his memory drag her down. Thoguh she couldn't help starring at him in wonderment, she set her face and waited for his answer patiently tossing pharohs memory from her mind.

Fair lady... His voice was weak, and he spoke as if these word were his dying wish... Though he prayed they not be. Fair lady... I do seek assistance... Many-a-days have I travelled without food or water... There have been not a single oasis upon my path... He did not continue, for the speech stung his overly-parched throat. He looked to her... She was an angel. Beauty masked her... This suprised him, and shocked him. He had never seen such beauty, on the outside. But what of her soul?

His voice, though weak, brought her to her sences. He needed help, she'd have to try to help him. But he appeared too weak to walk even, She would have to find a way to move him, or get him some water. At a glance the nearest thing she could see was a river in the distance a good 120 feet away. She turned back to him. My Lord, I will be honored to help the to the river, Although i must ask you to stand. Perhaps if he could stand she could support him so he could make his way to the river. A gentle breeze filled the land and she raised her head to scent the wind. No new smells. The only ones were her usual, and his amazing one. As she lowered her head again she shifted the screen of ivory strands to show her emerald eyes. The gears of her mind whirred to find a solution. So far, all the golden vix could work up was her support plan. He was too heavy to carry, and she would surly spill most of the water if she carried it, and besides it wouldn't ease his hunger. The freshest grasses were by the river. No, she'd have to support him. Though she would try to do anythign he asked of her. Silently she scolded herself for her generosity. It was what had gotten her into trouble in the first place.

She looked to the fae, breathing heavily. He only nodded his ivory crania, and struggled to stand. Looking into her eyes, he saw something amazing... Yet it was unexplicable. The will given, he stood, shaking and wavering threateningly. She may not be able to support his mass. Standing nearly 18 hands high, he weighed a mass...

She nodded, and as he raised himself from the hardened earth she slipped to his side silently barly making a sound. She ducked the golden dial and as she raised it up, she breathed deeply. Emerald orbs locked on the quivering pistons of the pale brute. She pressed against him taking as much weight off of him as she coudl handle without shaking. Though she be a mare, she was not to be under appreciated. She could hold her own easily. She craned her neck to speak to him. Let us step to the river. I shall match your speed. Do Not fear to place your weight on me. Her voice was clear and soothing. If She could calm him it would not be so hard ot help him to the glistening aqua still some ways off.

He felt her take his weight, and, knowing she could do much, it was his nature to refuse the weight that threatened him to her. He stood, leaning against her slightly.
Aye...
The only words that left his parched lambrums. Weakly, he began to step with her at his side... He could not think of any way to thank her. He spotted the aqua... Was it a mirage?

Shhh, my lord, do not waist your voice. just wait... just wait.... The suns harsh rays beat down upon the backs of the two equines as slowly, step-by-step they made their way to the river. She could see it drawing closer, and stepped closer to him, taking off a little more weight from him. Thoguh she shook slightly at the increase, her steps were still confident and strong willed. With every step that his pearled limbs took she matched with one of her own sun-blazoned steps.
Working in this way they reached the river. She led him quietly and carefully to the shade of the trees by the river, Before lowering her dial to gulp a maw full of icy liquid. And Icy it was! It slid down her throat in a sweet trickle soothing her burning thirst.

Weight fully brought back upon himself, he wavered again. Yet, he made his way to the edge of the water... He stared at it for a moment, then dropped his mug into the icy aqua. As it slid down his throat, it stung it, sending some pain to him. Yet he was so partched... He took in the liquid with great gulp, until he could drink no more. He collapsed in the shade, and looked to her. Thank you...

Golden kissers parted in a smile. It was not a problem. I simply helped you to a fresh river. She nodded dipping her dial again for another mouthful. It was so refreshing. Quietly she stepped away from his side walking away from him, but she was only moving into the shade, where sweet grass grew. You are tired, rest, eat, drink. I will not be far if you have need. With a dip of her dial she disappeared under the long flowing tendrils of the willow tree. Thoguh her out line was still visible rather clearly from the side it was slightly-shaded and the grazing was sweet and delicious beneath it. She grazed contendedly beneath the branches, Her sun-kissed bodice relaxed and calm.
(blah, i don't even know if tht makes sence haha!)

(It does! ) The stallion watched her walk off in silence. He stood once more, then called, I never recieved your callings, my fair and gracious lady. Myself, I am named Sir Eragon. He looked to her, a bit off away from him. How would dhe react to his name? Someone with the callings Sir was definatly of royalty.

She raised her dial from the grazing that covered the earth and stepped towards the branches stepping half-way out. With another dip of her dial she smiled at his name. Sir Eragon... Lovely name She smiled deeply allowing herself to relax in his presence. I myself am called Sissy. 'Tis a simple name, but it is all i'v ever known. She stood gazing at him. He had strong prominant lines of the andalusian breed, and she brood shoulders and muscled hind quarters of a strong lead stallion. Surly someone with his title and with his fine breeding and conformation belonged in a herd of greatness in a land of his own, Right?

Simple, you may say... Yet, it is not in a name that makes someone the truley magnificant soul they posses. He watched her gaze upon his features... He gazed at hers. Fine beauty consumed her... Yet there was something more... Something that looked somewhat troubled, and worn. Aye, she lived in the desert, that resided upon all... Though this only seemed apparent on her aura... She could be easily mistaken for great royalty herself.

She smiled, but as her emerald orbs met his she looked away hiding a small tinge of blush. Yet even as she looked away she could feel his gaze, unwavering, sweeping her features. Thank you, Sir Eragon Her voice was calm and collected. Another gust of wind strode throguh the valley, and suddenly the strong urge to let loose and run free struck her. It was an odd one, but yet she ignored it settleing for stamping restlessly on the ground sending a cloud of loose dirt cascading into the air. Curiosity got the better of her. Do you not have a land? As soon as the words were out she wished to take them back. They sounded snobby to her, even thoguh it twas just a simple inquiery.
